MAJOR Slacking!

My Workout Routine Has Been Non-Existent Over The Summer.
I Did What I Planned, Joined A Gym At Home. Went Faithfuly & Had GREAT Workouts For A WEEK, Sadly, I’ve Gotten So Distracted With Friends OLD/New, Got A Man (Yay), Then Still Left To Go Out Of Town. (Which I Still Am, In Vegas For A Few More Weeks) Anyway….I’ve Joined A Gym Out Here. But Have Had ZERO Motivation. My Mom Is My Workout Partner She Tries To Get Me To Go On My Lazy Days….But I Don’t. Oh & At Least In Detroit My Diet Wasn’t Too Bad. Here We Eat Fatty, NON HEALTHY Foods Most Days & Healthy Meals Rarely. I’ve Also Been Going Through Some Personal Stuff Which Has Had Negative Effects On My Moods/Eating.

But I’m Still Here For 2 More Weeks.
Hopefully I Can Get Back Into A Healthy Eating Habit & Workout Routine.
I Still Have A Month Left Before School When I Do Get Back Home So Whatever Regimen I Develop Here I Plan On Taking With Me Home To Detroit, & When I Leave For School At The End Of August….Right On To East Lansing.

I’m Not Giving Up That Easy!


Summer Workout Plan is finished aha.

  • Use it for June, July and August, even as a base.
  • If you are more advanced, just do more reps and sets of each exercise.
  • 30 Day Shred is written here twice. I don’t do it daily because I do a lot of other exercises. Aim to do it twice a week, or more.
  • This doesn’t include arms. The 30-60 minutes of cardio could be used as 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of arms / weights in the gym.

Back To The Gym.

Since I’m Home For The Summer, Or At Least For The Next Month, I’ll Be Joining My Mom’s Gym…Planet Fitness. We’re About To Go Get My Membership & Workout Today. I’m Ready! My Plan Is To Go At Least 5 Days A Week! Maybe A Couple Times A Day, Or Do A Workout Vid & The Gym Every Day. It’s Going To Be Interesting Because I Don’t Have My Own Car Again. -_- But…Whatever.
